Courses, decks and setup guides
A. Stamm 
The teaching materials on this site are all built with Quarto. Each course pairs slide decks with hands-on labs, and everything lives under the Teaching tab so you can go from setup to a working environment then straight into a course.
Setup
Before any course, get a fresh machine ready with the step-by-step guides:
- Setup · common: install R, Positron, and the core R packages, plus optional Positron extensions and a version check.
- Setup · Reproducible Workflows: Quarto, Python (uv/uvr), git/Happy Git, Posit Connect, and the
{pins}/{vetiver}tooling.

The two ENSAI courses are taught over three 3-hour sessions each; the other four are one-off workshops or slide collections hosted in their own repositories.
